An all levels 45 minute vinyasa yoga class that moves through your full range of motion leaving you with greater strength, mobility, and flexibility and a newfound sense of self-awareness. All are welcome.
Yoga45. (The Basics)
45 MIN
Yoga 45. (The Basics) is a slower, less intense form of Yoga 45. intended for students looking for a slower paced more foundational class. Blocks, blankets, and other props will be used to modify the postures enabling students with a more limited range of motion to participate. This class will designed to increase your bodily awareness and build strength. As with every class at Studio 45., Yoga 45. (The Basics) is an inclusive non-competitive environment.

Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga
45 MIN
A welcome space to practice yoga in the collective energy of a group under the guidance and supervision of an experienced student and teacher. Please note this is an open practice based on the Mysore Style of Ashtanga Yoga. Students enter and leave the room based on the length of their personal practice. The teacher is there to guide, adjust, and hold space.


Ashtanga 45. (Short Form)

Ashtanga 45. (Gentle) is a 45 minute Ashtanga-based vinyasa class that moves you through your full range of motion to give you the strength, flexibility, and postural alignment you need to take you through the rest of your day. All are welcome.
Yoga45. Slow Flow Restore
45 MIN
Our Slow Flow Restore class will bring balance to your body and mind. This 60 minute integrative holistic class uses multiple modalities including slow flow yoga, restful positioning, essential oils, and breath meditations to bring your breath and your mental awareness to a state of grace.


YogaSculpt45.
45 MIN
Yoga Sculpt 45. is a 45-minute full body work out. This dynamic yoga class uses bursts of cardio and seamlessly adds strength training through the use of squats, lunges, and hand weights to give you exactly the work out and work in you need. Every class is unique and set to an energizing and joyful playlist leaving you feeling strong and energized for your upcoming day.
Barre45.
45 MIN
Barre45. is a 45-minute low impact fitness class that emphasizes proper alignment, strength, flexibility, and balance. The sequence is built upon the core strength and endurance of that flows from ballet, yoga, pilates, weight training, and physical therapy. Lancelot personally curates each class, paying enormous attention to each student’ form and brings joy through his uplifting and fun music His passion for teaching this technique is felt by every student. All levels are welcome.

Elevate your heart rate with this low-impact, continuous movement class that also tones your arms, core, legs and lower body! Wilbur is known for his all access high-energy workouts and simple dance routines that sculpt your body and uplift your mind
Pilates45.
45 MIN
Pilates45. Is a classical pilates mat class that uses mindful movement and rhythmic breathing to create the strength, flexibility and the mobility you need to support you throughout your day. This class will teach how to use your own bodyweight as resistance to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles, creating stability and balance and reducing stress.
